Pim's room is a real art hotel, a wonderful experience. The room is good deal and the surrounding is relatively safe. You need to take the bus to and from Manhattan, so it is recommended to confirm the bus method with the venue in advance. What's more worth mentioning is that Pim can speak Chinese, which is indeed a big surprise for me!

-- If you are staying in New York, I recommend it. It was a popular place so I could only stay for a short time, but it was so safe and so nice. His space was so beautiful! He is the best host because he is kind and doesn't burden his guests at all! It felt like staying at my youngest uncle's or cousin's house. Thank you for helping me with my luggage. ☺️😄
** I highly recommend staying here. Pim went above and beyond to help me settle into the place. He was very communicative and helped me with all my confused Canadian questions about the area and parking and transit. His place was very clean and had just what you'd need for a stay. Also the art that is sprawled everywhere made the space exciting. If you're a lover of unique art, immersive experiences, or eclectic spaces, this is the spot for you.
--he was a superb host, very understanding and new the public transportation system like the back of his hand, the room was super affordable given how expensive NEW York is, I highly superbly recommend him

---very very nice place. very artistic and creative, good deal and accessible. pim is a sweetheart and extremely helpful, he is accommodating and flexible with timing. I had a very nice stay overall, I didn't expect a comfortable stay for the price I paid but even the bed was comfortable, the lights were peaceful, and there was the option of extra fans all around in case it was too hot. overall it was perfect
